Jeremy has been a licensed real estate broker since 2000 and owned his own rental properties since 2001. During his career he has been involved in the management of over 5,000 leases. He has also been involved in hundreds of sales transactions, including several of his own rental properties he still manages today. Not being able to find a local property manager Jeremy trusted to manage his own rentals is why he started IPMGJ. He wanted better for his properties and bet other rental owners did too.

During his career Jeremy has taken every challenge or issue that has come up in a rental management, and worked to create updated systems, processes and procedures to be sure they never happen again. Over the past 10 years this has resulted in an average occupancy rate of over 98%, and on-time rent collection over 99% for properties under his management.

Jeremy has lived and worked all over the country including Hawaii, New York, Ohio, and for the past 7 years Colorado. He always knew he wanted to end up in the mountains as he has a love for the outdoors, wildlife, and especially snowboarding. He currently owns multiple rental properties in Mesa county and looks forward to bringing the same level of professional management he utilizes on his own properties, to you.
